Hi guys, Thanks for accepting me on the forum - I bought my KTM 1090 Adventure R in August 2017 and put around 14,000 km on it so far. I was wondering if any of you removed the electronic speed limiter (207 kmh) and how it's working out for you?

I found that, sure enough, the final 3 shims that influence the high-speed damping were very stiff, being .15 mm thickness, while the rest of the stack uses .10 mm shims. I replaced those shims with .10 mm shims, and adjusted the low speed stack a bit, then buttoned everything back up.
