Turn on “Set date and time automatically” if it is not enabled. If you have an older Mac, updating iTunes and Safari may also help with connecting to the iTunes Store. The easiest way to do this is to check for updates. Click on the Apple menu on the top left of your screen, then click on “Software Update”.
