My sister has a tragus piercing and while she can get a good seal with the Shure E4's I let her try, the plastic of the earphone rubbed against the metal of the earring and created a great deal of noise in the ear when she would move her head. She also said it was rather uncomfortable to have the earphone pushing on it all the time.
I got both daiths at one time, and never stopped wearing earbuds. They don’t irritate my piercings. I also have five conch piercings, and they aren’t even touched by most earbuds. With all my ear piercings, over-the-ear headphones are much more problematic for me than earbuds.

I really want to get my tragus pierced, but I'm stalling bc of the obvious issues of listening to music with in ear headphones during healing. I don't remember it as being a huge issue when I got my conch, but back then I had over ear headphones, so I'm not sure if that applies here.YZrsoxR.
