JaguarS-Type (1999 - 2007) - 00 - Auto gearbox fault on - decisions. I've got a 2000 (X-reg) Jaguar S-Type 3.0 Auto SE, which has developed a gearbox fault - cannot select 4th or 5th gear. It's still drivable around town, but maybe the gearbox will fail totally soon. I'm going to take it to the local auto gearbox place tomorrow. It's possible it will be JaguarS-Type.
