Easy way to tell if if the car has a primer bulb or primer on fuel filter then no lift pump in the tank. A few tanks of vpower or premium diesel is normally as good as any fuel additive at cleaning fuel

I have tried changing the fuel filter, and notice i cant get any fuel into the filter. when i turn the car over no fuel is in any of the pipes. i have also taken the pipes off the pump under the back seat and nothing coming out of those. cant hear the pump primming zki8Acu.
